Victor Patterson is a retired neurologist interested in using modern communication techniques to change healthcare services, particularly in the developing world. He became connected with Childreach International through this work in Nepal. He is an Honorary Professor in medicine at Queen’s University, Belfast.
Lucretia Hudson-Garber
With a strong community linked training and organisational development background, Lucretia brings a wealth of management experience to the board. This experience is invaluable as the charity continues to grow.
David Durkee
An academic in International development, David has strong experience of dealing with international organisations and assists in helping us focus on key areas and countries.
Oneka Baptiste
Oneka has a Psychology degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. She has worked with children and families for the past five years as well as working within the social housing sector mainly in domestic violence, mental health and substance misuse. She currently teaches in an inner city primary school. Oneka became involved with Childreach International after carrying out voluntary work at a school in Ghana.
Sirmad Shafique
Sirmad is a CIMA qualified accountant working as a Management Accountant at the BBC in London. He read Accounting & Economics at the University of Reading and is now married with a young son. He enjoys reading books and poetry in his spare time, and playing squash and cricket.
