Childreach International began working in India in 2008 by partnering with locally run organisations in Gujarat, providing children with education and health care services.

Since then, Childreach International’s presence in India has increased hugely. In 2010 Childreach International will be opening an independent Indian Office to expand its reach and build the capacity of its projects and partners focusing on health, education and child rights and protection. It’s board of trustees will consist of members from the local community providing the expertise needed to solve the development issues at the grass roots level.

The Indian Office will be based in Delhi, and we have projects in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Orissa.
