Childreach International is crossing the Atlantic with plans to open a fundraising office in 2011.

Our Fundraising Director, David Milton, is at the forefront of this development, speaking at a high-profile conference in Canada in June, hosted by Forza Giovani, the Italian-Canadian Youth Organisation. Childreach International was kindly invited over to the conference after the success of a Futurebuilding group from Canada that recently went out to Tanzania.

David introduced Childreach International to over 1000 key figures at the event, which symbolised the beginning of a great partnership between the charity, Forza Giovani and Canadian communities.

Forza Giovani is a Toronto based Youth Organisation centred on the principles of recognising and rewarding youths for their achievements within local communities, an ethos similar to Childreach International’s which focuses on creating community partnerships in the developing world.

Like-minded organisations

By working with other like-minded organisations, Childreach International will continue to create effective working practices to improve the delivery of our mission.

Their support has already led to donations with many more Canadians wanting to get involved with Childreach International.
