Team Leading
Are you motivated, creative, outgoing, and organised? Do you want to challenge yourself to a life-changing adventure, travel internationally, enhance your leadership skills, and make a significant difference in the lives of children in the developing world? Then Team Leading is for you!
Childreach International’s flagship Challenge Events offers you the chance to lead a group of your peers on a once in a lifetime programme whilst playing a crucial role in raising funds to help better the livelihoods of children on one of our sustainable development projects.

What is required?
Team Leaders will work with their teams for up to a year before their scheduled departure date for most fundraising events. Team Leaders’ responsibilities include marketing, recruitment, fundraising management and pre-departure preparations. All of these responsibilities must be fulfilled before a team can depart on their international adventure.
